After a few months of no Brewing over the past couples months I have brewed four extract brews
1. Amber which I bottled and everyone loved so much it lasted one week.
2. A Texas blonde kit froom AHS that I substituted Citra hops and hopped a little heavier. Also very popular (with me! ) and it was gone pretty quick.
3. Kegged another amber that is delicous
4. Just kegged a AHS "Summer crisp IPA" that I added some hops to the recipe. Not carbed yet but it tasted good but REALLY hoppy from the fermenter.
AND--When I get in from work next week will be brewing an all grain amber. My first AG brew.
BEER is GOOD!
