be very careful on it being fully fermented out, but if it is, let it age a little longer than that. maybe 4-5 months, at least. an imperial stout should really age 8-10 months, minimum
 
I brewed AHS's Old Rasputin clone and after 2 months in the bottle it's still a little green. I figure another few months and it should be tasting good. I'm sure the Yeti will too!
 
Brewed my first Imperial Stout... planning on three weeks in primary, and then three weeks in secondary.

Then 4 months in bottles before I even start cracking them.

I would imagine if you did maybe 4 weeks in primary (assuming fermentation is done by then), you could age it in bottles just fine...
