Making a big hoppy IPA recipe based on Jamil's malt profile.

Want a nice citrusy flavor, but am not a big fan of Cascades. Love Centennials, but would like a slightly cleaner profile. I was thinking Summit/Columbus/Centennial - maybe some Amarillo.

Am I making this too complicated? Is this a blend that's going to be nice and clean?

My late hopped IPA's with summit created an onion beer for the first 8 weeks after that it turned into something wonderful. This was with summit only never mixed. When you do this keep this in mind that it may need some time. Other than that it looks like a good combination.

I'm not about to say that the blend I did was the best, even though it tastes great, but my last IIPA used Warrior, Centennial, and Summit. I have really been enjoying it.

Summit is an extremely dominant flavor, however. It mellows from a spicy tangerine to a more subtle earthy flavor after like two months. So either go easy on it from the beginning, or know that you'll be waiting awhile before you know what the beer will taste like.
