Has anyone ever gone to a company that deals with kegs and was able to get one that was on its last legs?

I tried contacting Troegs which is a semi-local brewery near me and never got a responce. Not saying every brewery is like this, but I tried several times and never got any type of responce.

Got all mine from a brewery for $30 each. They sell those that they can't repair.

I got mine from New Belgium (I live in CO) for $15 each. The necks were damaged and the kegs wouldn't hold pressure. They make great boilers, though.
