Whatever you decide keep the cloves and allspice on the low side. They are pretty powerful and add a bite to your brew. I made a batch for Thanksgiving last year and it was NOT ready (prime flavor)until way after New Years Day. If you keep those spices low then you might have enough time. Good luck.
