what sanitizer to use

I want to make my first wine kit.Can I use star san to sanitize my primary for my reisling that I want to make .The kit also says to add sulphites but It only came with one pack and also says to add at bottling time.Do I need more?Are there any good books or online tutorials on wine making

Not sure on the sulfates, however Star-San will work fine with wine. That is by far my favorite stuff to use for everything I make.
