I bought two different grain kits, but both are blondes (centennial blonde and a strawberry blonde, but i'm not adding strawberries)

in the interest of time, could I combine all grains and do one 10 gl. batch? then split to 5 gal. batches and pitch a yeast in each?

wondering if anyone could comment on how that would taste.. it's my first all grain, 10th batch overall. would the hops blend well?

here are bills:

7.00 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM)
0.75 lb Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM)
0.50 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM)
0.50 lb Vienna Malt (3.5 SRM)
0.25 oz Centennial [9.50%] (55 min)
0.25 oz Centennial [9.50%] (35 min)
0.25 oz Cascade [7.80%] (20 min)
0.25 oz Cascade [7.80%] (5 min)
1 Pkgs Nottingham (Danstar #-) (Hydrated)

and

5.00 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM)
4.00 lb White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM)
0.50 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 15L (15.0 SRM)
0.50 lb Wheat, Flaked (1.6 SRM)
0.25 lb Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM)
1.00 oz Willamette [4.80 %] (60 min)
0.50 items Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 15.0 min)
1 Pkgs SafAle English Ale (DCL Yeast #S-04) Yeast-Ale

I think the two would combine quite well. you might need to rework the hop schedule a little to bump up the IBUs a little though. where'd you get these kits, they look like biermuncher's recipes?

got em off of here.. centennial is biermunchers'.. strawberry blonde is weirdboys'.. he says it won a gold medal at Pacific Brewer's Cup 2009.

so i guess i'll put it all in beersmith and toy around with hops..

what's a good target IBu for this? it's currently 19.6

nevermind 19.6 should be fine, I forgot to adjust my wort water
