This may be a dumb question but here goes anyways. I recently purchased a whole house water filter to remove chlorine from my water. My question is, what should I do to prepare or store the filter between brews? I put the filter cartridge in a bucket of sanitizer water for the time being but I'm wondering if this is the best practice. Does anyone have any suggestions? Should I just leave it full of normal water and closed off?

Thanks for that link Cat. I did some searching prior to posting but I guess I was using the wrong keywords. I think I'll probably pull mine out of the sanitizer and possibly throw this one away. From now on I'll either pull it and dry it or just leave it per the last reply on the thread. We'll see what works better.
