I have brewed a lot of IPAs and IIPAs and want to shoot for a nice dry citrus hop west coast style IPA with what I have available..I have not put Amarillo in the citrus mix because I plan to brew upa an all Amarillo next..

so here it goes..:

11 gallon batch:

20# 2 row
1# crystal 60
1# biscuit malt
1# carapils

2 oz Colombus FWH
1 oz Summit 20 min
1 oz Cascade 20 min
1 oz Summit 10 min
1 oz Cascade 10 min
1 oz Cascade 5 min
1 oz Colombus 5 min
1 oz Cascade FO
1 oz Colombus FO

Dry Hop: 1 oz of Cenntennial, Cascade, Colombus, and Summit

S-05 Mash 150

14oz/10 gallon is a on high end of IPA..IBU about 72
