I have searched but didn't find exactly what I was looking for. I would like to build a heat stick this weekend and dont want to zap-fry myself in the process. My question is, where and how do I attach the ground lead to the metal section of pipe? A nut and bolt like as shown on the cedar creek page, or is there another way? Like I said, I dont want to mess this up. Should I encase the nut/bolt with jb weld or is it ok exposed? I know the terminals on the element need to be sealed, but not sure about the ground.
