75.3% Pale Malt
8.2% Munich
4.7% Carastan
4.7% Crystal 120
2.4% Pale Chocolate

Hops
21g Magnum - 60 mins
1oz Centennial - 20 mins
2oz Cascade - 10 mins
1oz Columbus - 10 minis
2oz Cascade - flameout
1oz Columbus - flameout
1oz Centennial - flameout
Dry Hop 1/2 oz of each Columbus, Centennial & Cascade

Yeast: something clean, WL 001, Wyeast pacman ect.
 
Holy cow- that looks really good! The only thing I'd change is to leave out the pale chocolate, as I think it'll be plenty amber with the crystal malts. But I really like the looks of this beer!
