I have some extra grain and hops laying around and I'm trying to put together a pale ale to brew next.

What are your thoughts on this?

Briess 2-Row Brewer's Malt
10 lbs, 0 oz
Briess 2 Row Caramel 20
1 lbs, 0 oz
Weyermann Cara Red ®
1 lbs, 0 oz
Weyermann Cara Foam ®
0 lbs, 8 oz
Willamette Pellets
1 oz @ 60 mins
Willamette Pellets
1 oz @ 45 mins
Chinook Homegrown leaf
1 oz @ 15 mins
Chinook homegrown leaf
1 oz @ 5 mins
SAFALE US-05 American Ale

Has anyone ever used these 2 varieties together?

Can/should I dry hop with another ounce of chinook (homegrown)?

Holy crystal malt, Batman. What is the point of the carafoam when you already have 2 lbs of other crystal malts?

From what I understand cara foam helps in head retention and crystals are flavor. Maybe cut down the cara foam to 4oz and the crystal to 6 to 8 but I am sure there are better people to make suggestions.
