What are the best hops for a brew with chocolate malt? SIDEBAR: I have 6 row barley malt, gelatinized corn & rice (though I don't think it had much influence) in it as well. : I have Willimette 5.8, Ahtanum 5.5, Chech 3.0, Crystal 2.5. SIDEBAR: Take what I know about hops and $1 and you can get a cup of coffee. All I know is the Ahtanum gave my first batch a "bite". : Should I use more than one? If I do not get a response before my batch boils I'm going to use Willimette @ 60, Chech @ 30, and Crystal @0 for finishing.
