Anyone have a decent clone or just something that is similar to their Winter lager? My wife really likes it and she's not a big beer fan, I like it to. It doesn't have to be exact I'm just looking for an All-grain similarly styled lager recipe.

Thanks

Try this to get into the general vicinity:

5 gallons, ~75% Eff, ~ 1.050OG, IBU ~ 20

5.5 lbs pale malt
.5 lb CaraMunich II
2 lbs malted wheat
1.5 lbs German Munich II

.75 oz EKG @ 60 minutes
.5 oz Tett @ 20 minutes
.5 oz Tett @ 5 minutes

Wyeast 2042 Danish Lager or your favorite general purpose lager yeast

Spices are cinnamon, ginger and orange peel. As for amounts who knows? The spices are subtle in this beer, I might start with one ounce of freshly grated ginger added in the last 20 minutes of the boil, along with a 2 inch piece of cinnamon stick and a few square inches of sweet orange peel.
