Well thanks to all your help I seem to have a good pale ale in the primary. I was thinking a stout is up next. Does anyone have a good partial or extract recipe or know of a good place I can get a good but simple Irish stout recipe?
 
I did the all-grain version of Jamil Zainasheff's recipe for oatmeal stout. Oh, it was so good! I highly recommend it.

It's available in Brewing Classic Styles (I love that book), or it should be online somewhere. Let me know if you need help finding it.
