I love estery belgian dubbels. I particularly like Grimbergen. I made a kit from northern brewer (their double). Its good but not what I was looking for. Does anyone have a rich belgian dubbel recipe that they can suggest that has been tested?
I dont have the set up for all grain so it would have to be partial mash or extract/steep.
