I'd drink it!

I've made an all Palisade and it I'd call it 'pretty', 'floral', and 'one dimensional', it definitely works best with a partner or two. Amarillo is one of my favorites. I'd probably add a couple ounces for a dry hop for some nose.

I like the lighter malt bill with these two hops. Definitely interested in how this turns out

Thanks bnilguy,

I was thinking of dry hopping this beer, i havent ever attempted before so this may be a batch to try it on. You think and ounce of amarillo for 5 days before kegging would be enough?

Brewed this last night. I really like the Palisade/Amarillo combo. I added a handful of chocolate to give it some color. I mashed lower (149) than I was planning so it going to be a bit thin I think. I'm still up in the air about the dry hop.

Cheers,
