As a member of IFT, I occasionally have things come across my desk that are brewing related.

Wiley sent me a brochure on this year's Food Science & Technology offerings from them which included this beast:

Encyclopedia of Brewing, Chris Boulton

The price tag is on par with most college textbooks, but it looks like the content is as well, though likely written more for the industrial brewer. I probably won't pick this up myself, but I thought I'd throw it out there for anyone that is interested.
 
Actually both spellings are correct.

Lol I was going to say. There's more than one way to skin a cat, just as there is more than one way to spell a word. Especially depending on the country it's spelled in lol

Anyway ya that looks like a beast. I wonder what the reviews are. I'd be interested, but not at that cost. Think of the equipment you can buy!

I'd rather get a SS march pump
