Been itching to try something screwy lately. Thought that something like a belgian braggot sounds cool. Anybody have any recipe/technique suggestions?
Yeast suggestions? I saw the post about the "tripple braggot". That looked interesting. I just wonder if it was a bit too much? (If the poster sees this i would love to hear how it ended up.)
