It all depends upon how badly you want to bottle. I think I'd pay $30 for 44 bottles that I could use over and over...but not much more than that. Shipping is going to be a huge factor for that many bottles. I say go to the store and buy a bunch of Grolsh. At least you get some beer out of the deal!
