Making EdWort's Stone IPA clone this afternoon. Measured out the hops in a bowl. Currently making my house smell yummy! Making it very hard to "work from home!"

Beware, they taste like soap, in my opinion. I only use them for late kettle/dry hopping, and only for a few styles. Just my 2 cents

I just keg-hopped 5 gallons of that beer with centennial for about 3 weeks, went over real well on my ski trip this weekend, lasted for a night and a half of boozing.

I LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE Centennial hops. I use them in my house pale ale, and I generally add 1/4 to 1/2 oz of Chinook (both in pellet form) at flameout.

I've gotten lots of good comments!

Founders Centennial IPA is perhaps may favorite IPA I've ever had. I love Bell's two hearted but the Centennial just has such an amazing smell/taste mmmmmmmm. makes me sad I don't have any right now.
