i live near cleveland and my favorite greatlakes beer is nosferatu.its listed as an american stock ale ,not to many referances to that style,even an old ale recipe is hard to find!there were a few threads on other site listing the hops and some of the malts the brewer used so i kind of have a start any help would be greatly appriecated. thanks don
