My beer has been sitting in the secondary now for 2 weeks and just yesterday checked the FG and found it has reached the bottom, roughly 1.01. However, there are still a few bubbles on the surface of the beer, it looks like a little bit of krausen, but the activity on the airlock has pretty much ceased. Should I go ahead and bottle it?
