My mom just came to visit me in Korea and brought a bunch of Dark DME (which done of the homebrew supply places in Korea carry). While off hiking my mother in-law decided to split up all of the DME into crappy light plastic bags and stick them in the fridge. Now all of the bags of DME are all wet from the fridge moisture but the insides are dry as far as I can tell.
What should I do to keep my DME in good condition and keep the bugs out long-term?
