Not sure if you guys have had this before but it's awesome IMO. It's a seasonal wet hops release. Even if you don't have the fresh hops i think it would be fine. This beer is awesome.

Yeast: American style of your choice
grain
2-row base 78.1%
Crystal 10 9.4%
Crystal 30 5.5%
Melanoidin 4.7%
Munich 2.3%

Hops
Combination of Centennial and Cascade added every 10 minutes throughout the boil and at kettle off with huge quantities of wet leaf hops added with 25 and 15 minutes left in the boil. Boil for 75minutes total.

Shoot for 1.070 OG and 65 IBU
 
I have, I do like it. I cracked one open a couple weeks ago that i held back. The hops had died a little bit but was still really good and just slightly oaky.
