Hey guys, trying to create my own IPA. Reading Daniels' "Designing Great Beers", so that hopefully helps. Also trying to learn from my first attempt, which turned out ok with much room for improvement. Also trying to get the most out of some great hops in my freezer. Any opinions/suggestions would be appreciated. Brewing Sunday. Cheers! :mug:
