Yes, I do all of the time, I use Oxi free which is the oderless or perfume free one. Green lid or top I think.
 
I have been using regular oxyclean. I didn't know they had a perfume free version until recently. It's great stuff for removing caked on gunk and for sure will strip bottle lables like nobody's business.

I rinse my stuff thoroughly and have never had residual flavor or smell from the blue topped stuff

I have used the blue stuff till I found the green one. Now I am just a little less worried of the smell I guess.
