Find a Picture: corny keg with sanke fitting

Within the last week or so someone posted a picture of a corny keg top (the removable insert with the big o-ring) to which a sanke fitting had been welded.

Can someone direct me to this picture?

Also, is anyone making these for sale?

Thanks for the responses.

The one from Clutchdude is similar. However the one I saw had the sanke connector welded to the removable cap of the corny keg.

I didnt see this post . Yuri Rage made something like this but the top wasn't removable. I have never seen one where you could still remove the cap like a corny.
