Hello Gang,

I remember brewing this beer on thanksgiving, of 2007! I just found the secondary, and the bubbler is dry. Should I just dump this stuff? Or give it a quaff and see if it's not vinegar?

It stood through IKE, and a few other calamities.

The brew was called Diaper pail ale, and I used a wyeast pack, and if I remember correctly it blew the lid of the fermenter and stuck foam on the ceiling!

What a tragedy. Thats what you get for being a spaz I guess.

Thanks!

With the lid having blown off and 5 years old I would think it would taste like a diaper. but, give it a very careful taste. There is no telling you may have created a totally new style. - 5 year abandoned Ale -

Neat, I'll prepare a tasting in a while here.

It's been so long I forgot how UN-carbonated beer tastes!
