Just brewed this on Sunday. My actual mash temp ended up being 154, and my boil was only 75 minutes because I spilled some of my sparge water (on my HAND-ouch. ). OG was 1.064. Yeasties had me scared for a moment but fermentation started showing signs this morning. We'll see how it turns out!
