Hops
Amount Name Form Alpha IBU Boil Time
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
0.80 oz. Horizon Pellet 13.60 25.5 60 min.
2.00 oz. Amarillo Gold Pellet 7.10 8.9 15 min.
2.00 oz. Amarillo Gold Pellet 7.10 0.0 0 min.

I wonder if I did something wrong. It has a very soft flavor and no real mouth feel, to me. I mashed at 156 degrees.

What could I do to make it a fuller beer?

Sounds like it's either a water chemistry problem or your thermometer is screwy. What was the final gravity?

Yeah, with a grain bill like that this should be a pretty chewy beer. Are the 4oz of Amarillo evident at least?
