Brew on Premises in Texas

I was wondering if anyone knew of a brew-on-premises establishment in Texas. Specifically; a BOP that provides cellaring for fermentation.

I guess what I really want to know is; is it legal? What license would be required to run such an establishment.

After some creative Googling, I have found that it has been done (by lawyers, no less), in Houston, with a brewpub license. Brewers have to buy bottles from the establishment that are pre-printed with some basic information, but can add their own labels too.

Answered my own question. Looks like it was most likely: http://djkelley.home.mindspring.com/UniversityBrewing.htm (The link at the bottom of the webpage to the original website takes you to a pretty cheesy looking site with crappy cartoons...not sure if it was trying to sell me something or what).
