Not exactly a Saison strain of yeast your using. It won't be as dry as it should for the style but I'm sure it'll be tasty.
 
Everything looks legit though I don't know if I'd use the Warrior hops. If it were me and I usually try to brew true to style I'd just go with the Strisslespalt strictly. Though I'm sure if you follow good sanitation practices and are patient it will be a good brew. Not sure about the yeast as I've strictly used the Saison yeasts for Saison. Maybe someone could chime in with their experiences using this yeast in a Saison..
 
They didn't have enough Strisslespalt so the warrior was a sub...
Sounds good, will be doing this tomorrow, will be my first full boil
