Bottling Issue

Today I was bottling a 5 gallon batch from the secondary. I got down to about 1.5 gallons left and for some reason my siphon began to pull in bunch of air, pushing air bubbles all throughout the tube. And because I was so low in the carboy it was difficult to restart a full flow from the siphon and the remainder of the beer flowed into the bottling bucket with a similar "air bubble appearance" as I describe before...



Do you think that will have a drastic impact on the final taste of the beer? I am concerned that I may have ruined it.....

I found that same thing when I had my carboy on the counter and my bucket on the floor. I now siphonnto my buckt on a chair and I only have that happen at the very end.
