So yesterday I pushed the up and down buttons simultaneously on the love controller connected to my HLT burner and it seems to have locked me out of the set points. When I push the 'set' button, nothing happens. I have also tried holding the set button down and turning the controller on while holding the set button. Did I somehow deactivate the set point for the controller? or did I burn it up? I can't figure out how to access the temp setting anymore.
I called Dwyer (the manufacturer) and got no help. The guy on the phone knew nothing about the controller and told me I should "probably just buy a new one".
Any thoughts?
