So I have two beers on tap, both that I'd like to increase the carbonation level just a tad. What is the best way to do this and how long do I have to wait until it's ready to taste it?

Boost the pressure on the gauge to what you want and then wait probably four to seven days. Most of my brews are carbed in that many days, but I still wait longer for some ageing to occure.

If it already carbed I don't think it will take an additional 7 days. Turn it up 5 psi and try it in a couple of days. You may have to back it down for serving.

I had a difficult time with this....even now.... on my 4 kegs.
I had forced carb'd these beers for at least 10days, and while
I was serving yesterday, the first glas would be fine, the next
half foam, and the third total foam. I'd back off the gas to almost
nothing, then get a trickle from the tap(picnic)....then I'd have to
bump the gas, and it would start all over again. I have something
wrong with my regulator or something.
Sorry to get off topic, just wanted to note that there's often a trick
to serving psi...... one I haven't figured yet.

Yeah, it's more tricky than I thought it'd be. Another question I have is if I force carb w/ some shaking at 30 psi or something...let it sit a couple nights at 30 psi, and then drop it to 5 psi for serving...won't it lose carbonation as it sits at 5 psi?
