I'm trying to put together a recipe for SWMBO for a raspberry ale. The only catch is it can't be too hoppy or too malty.

So far here's what I have put together in BeerSmith:

I'm not sure how much gravity the frozen concentrate will add but I'm suspecting from other recipes I've seen that it will be in the area of 1.050ish which should finish out to somewhere around 1.010 hopefully.

Any thoughts on improvements to this recipe or things to watch out for using concentrate?

This will be my second batch and my first recipe I've tried to put together myself.

I would not use Cascades. Something like Fuggles or East Kent Goldings would be better received, if she doesn't like hops much.

I suspect your OG will be closer to 1.040 than 1.050, but since half of your sugars are from the concentrate and 100% fermentable, it should end up around 4%.

Bitterness might be a little on the high side if she doesn't like hoppiness. Maybe cut the first hop addition to .25 as well.
