I will be brewing this on New Years Day and would like any advise on the hop schedule. This will be my 1st hop bill I have created, and would love some pointers. I was thinking about adding an additional ounce of centenial at dry hop

Can't go wrong with an s-load of Columbus, Centennial, Cascade, and Simcoe. Why not add another ounce of Centennial dry? I can only imagine it being better, but maybe you'd like some advice from a non-hophead...
