Hi Brewers
I am new to the forum. I recently checked out Braukaiser's Water Profile Spreadsheet and have a question regarding the Estimated Mash pH line. What is the temperature of the mash? I would assume room temp but need to make sure. Thanks.

Based on what I have read from Kaiser, your assumption is probably correct. But I would wait for an answer from the man himself. cheers
