Thinking of adding a pound of rye to the edWorts Haus PA, anybody tried it, good idea bad idea?
 
I haven't added rye to that recipe per se, but I have brewed a couple of rye beers that were relatively similar. IMHO, one pound of rye won't be enough to make much of a flavour difference. 2 - 3 lbs would be a better choice (or more, if you really like the flavour of rye).
 
I bought 2 lbs of rye, and went with 20L crystal instead of 10L. Should turn out a little different.
