hey guys,
so my goal here is to make something lower in ABV (i'm open to anything under 6.0%) since baseball is around the corner. i'd like to brew up something i can drink for a few hours and also i'd like to use some of the hops that aren't terribly well packaged (inc. 1/4 oz warrior hops, 1/2 oz czech saaz, 1/2 oz spalt)
here's a rough draft:
3.3 lbs light lme
1 lbs wheat dme, or maybe be a bit more traditional and go 1 lbs light dme
1 lbs honey
.25 lbs crystal 10l
.25 oz warrior at 60 min
.5 oz hallertauer at 60
.5 oz spalt at 15
.5 oz saaz at 0
.5 oz tettnanger at 5
thoughts? feel free to critque. i'd like to brew something with some mass appeal. i'd like to use the hops i've got lying around (cascade, vanguard, chinook are in the freezer too)
