Ok, Im jumping head first into this partial mash situation and Im hoping someone can double check that my recipe looks ok.
I used the trial promash to adjust it from another HBTer's creation--- O'Daniels Foreign Extra stout. This is my warm up for the extra large abyss clone deathbrewer helped me with... something a little smaller to get my feet wet with.
I just want to make sure i didnt horribly screw something up while stumbling through promash-- (although, it seems pretty self-explanatory).
here's what I have:

MASH info-- Ill be using deathbrewers BIAB PM technique
10.75 lbs grain
1.21 mash thickness
total mash volume 4.11 G
90 min mash @ 154deg (170 deg strike)
10 min sparge @ 170 deg (174 deg strike)
whew.. I think thats everything. Damn near have this thing memorized after writing it down 3 times (dont want to use up my free saves on the promash demo ).
Any suggestions/comments/concerns/help/etc. is/are very much appreciated.
I go to buy ingredients tomorrow.
