hey does anyone have an extract recipe for a Milk Stout? I cant seem to find one that isn't all-grain. I see you can buy kits but id rather just buy the ingredients locally.

thanks,
jderm

thanks. with steeping specialty grains, would you steep them all at once?
ie.
1.00 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L
0.75 lb Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM)
0.50 lb Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM)

and what does SRM mean?

Yes, but them in a mesh bag all together and steep. The SRM refers to the color of the roasted grains, although I don't know what it stands for. The higher the number, the darker the color of the roast grain.
