I have had a kolsch in the fridge for awhile now and am ready to bottle. This is my first attempt at lagering/cold conditioning and am curious what the next step is.
Should I rack to secondary for a day or two to let it warm back up and wake up the yeast or can I go straight to bottling after letting the temp come up a bit. Will I need to add more yeast?
Thanks for any help,
