Does anyone know or remember a product that I believe was called a Fermenator..? Not the big SS one with that name. It was a valve that plugged into the opening of a carboy.. and was held in place with a couple of machine screws. the fermentation in the carboy took place with the vessel upside down and sitting on a stand. I bought a couple of those many years ago.. never used them.. and either sold 'em or lost somewhere.

I thought it was a great idea.

If you remember them.. do you have an opinion on them...

Thanks

Fermentap, they're made by morebeer, and they're generally regarded as terrible.

Thanks.. that's it.. Bought a pair of them and never used them.. Sounds like I wasted my $$. But, I guess they make into a good carboy drain. I'll probably give them a try if I find them.. maybe with a Coopers kit??
