I was going through the wiki tonight and came across the section on Simple all-grain brewing. In it, the author (I didn't see a name) shows his HTL and it's a bucket with an immersion heater in it. I figured I would probably just do a second pot, but this is something to thing about. Anyone have the specs on this bucket HLT?

I believe I know the one you are thinking of and the idea behind it is that the more surface area of heat exchanger you can pack into a smaller volume of HLT to heat up the more efficient the heat exchange will be. I have been thinking this is a great idea if you want to use standard household outlets to power your brew setup and intend to look into it more once i've got a few brews in with my 10 gallon all grain setup first.:mug:
