How this look, my biggest concern is the amount of water I using during my mash and sparge.

any suggestion or comments on the recipe are welcome I need to start getting more feedback on the work I'm doing.

10 gallon Batch

Malt Bill:
18 lbs US 2 Row
1.5 lbs Crystal US 80L

Hop Schedule:
2oz 60min Northern Brewer
2oz 15min Northern Brewer

Yeast:
California Lager Yeast W2112

FERMENT AT 60-66
1 WK PRIMARY
2 WK SECONDART
3 WK BOTTLE

OG: 1.051-1.052
FG: 1.012-1.013

5% ABV

MASH NOTES:
122 degrees for 30 minutes
150 degrees for 90 minutes

7.40 gallons for mash
8 gallons for sparge
