Well, here's where I am so far.
I brewed an Amber Jan 20th and hit my OG of 1.052. Temps were 66-68 in Primary
I moved to secondary Feb 2nd. Gravity at 1.012. ( I've followed the 2ndary debates and still chose to move it. ) Temps for secondary were 60-62 with WL german kolshch 029.
Today, Feb 10th I was thinking of bottling... I pulled a hydrometer test for final and it's sitting at 1.012 still.
BUT here's where the question comes in.
I see bubbles in suspension. They are extremely small though. My thoughts are that I made a mistake with the hydrometer reading, ie adjusting for temps..thought I did but nothing I can do now... and it's still finishing.
Ideas?
