6.00 lb Extra Light Dry Extract (3.0 SRM) Dry Extract 60.00 %
3.00 lb Amber Dry Extract (12.5 SRM) Dry Extract 30.00 %
1.00 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) Grain 10.00 %
2.00 oz Columbus (Tomahawk) [12.20 %] (60 min) Hops 62.1 IBU
2.00 oz Cascade [6.30 %] (30 min) Hops 24.6 IBU
1.00 oz Mt. Hood [5.20 %] (15 min) Hops 6.6 IBU
1.00 oz Cascade [6.30 %] (5 min) Hops 3.2 IBU
I used Beer Smith's OG and FG
I put 13 psi on it in the keg for 2 weeks, and its coming out nice. I only had it in the secondary for a week because I was super impatient. :cross:
