I have done 3 AG batches on my 2 tier pump system so far and just poured the fist draft APA. The recirculation did wonders with the clarity of the beer. I used to just gravity feed into a jug then hand pour back in my MLT. Now with the pump my runnings are crystal clear. AG brewing is a lot more fun with a better end product. It shows your getting closer to that perfect beer.
 
It all adds up doesn't it? MLT filtering, post-kettle filtering, and then of course a good cold crash in the fermenter before transfer. My fist AG looked like a hefe, it was a golden ale. LOL, now...... I'm like tinted glass. I believe I am truly ready for lighter lagers now.
